Candidate tags and source tags are great for organizing candidates and keeping track of where they came from. You can add and remove tags in your Recruiting Preferences.


How to add or edit tags in the Data Manager

Admin permission is required to access the Data Manager.

  1. Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the left sidebar.

  2. Hover over Recruiting Preferences and click Data Manager.

To create a new tag:

  1. Click the text box under Manage Candidate Tags or Manage Source Tags.

  2. Enter the name of the new tag you’d like to create.

  3. Click Create new tag or Create new source.

  4. Click Save Changes.

To delete an existing tag:

  1. Click the text box under Manage Candidate Tags or Manage Source Tags.

  2. Enter the name of the new tag you’d like to delete.

  3. Click Delete next to the tag you’d like to delete.

  4. Click Save Changes.

Note: When you delete a tag in the Data Manager, it’s deleted across the entire Breezy account and removed from candidate profiles, but will still be reflected in historical reporting data. If you just want to remove a tag or source from one candidate, you can do that from their candidate profile.
