You can customize the message that Hello Messenger gives to visitors, to help make a great first impression with potential candidates.
Hello Messenger is available to customers on Growth, Business, and Pro plans.
To customize the messaging for Hello Messenger:
Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the left sidebar.
Hover over Recruiting Preferences and click Hello Messenger Settings.
Click Messaging in the left sidebar.
Under Welcome Message, enter what you'd like Hello to say to potential candidates.
Under Message Sender, choose a person on your Breezy account who the message will be sent from.
Choose a Reply Time Message that will be sent after a candidate submits their contact info or resume.
Click Save Changes.
