How to share a candidate’s info
Depending on your admin’s settings, you can share candidate info by entering an email address or by copying a link you can send to anyone via email, text, or other message.
To share a candidate’s info:
Open the candidate’s profile.
Click the More icon (three dots) near the top-right corner of the window.
Click Share Candidate.
Choose whether to include access to the candidate’s scorecard, team discussion, or application questionnaire, and click Continue.
Copy the link provided, or enter an email address to send the candidate’s info to, if required.
Click Preview Shared Info to see what the recipient will see.
Click Send Email, if required.
When the recipient clicks the link you shared (or in their email), they’ll be asked to validate their email address. Once they do, they’ll be able to see a summary of the candidate’s info, along with any other info you included access to.
Note: Sharing a candidate doesn’t give the recipient access to Breezy. Unless they’re already on your Breezy account, they won’t have access to any other position or candidate details.
How to print a candidate’s profile
If you’re a fan of pen and paper, you can easily print a simplified version of your candidate’s resume with their contact info. (A hard copy of the profile comes in handy for in-person interviews.)

Open the candidate’s profile.
Click the More icon (three dots) near the top-right corner of the window.
Click Print Candidate.
Follow the prompts to print.
How to copy a candidate to another position

To copy a candidate to a different position or pool:
Open the candidate’s profile.
Click the More icon (three dots) near the top-right corner of the window.
Click Copy.
Select a position or pool from the dropdown.
Select a stage to add the candidate to.
Choose whether to apply stage actions, if any.
Click Copy Candidate.
Note: If Combining Candidate Data is enabled on your account, additional candidate info will be copied to the new profile, such as questionnaires, file uploads, candidate communication, and team discussion.
How to switch between multiple profiles
If a candidate has profiles associated with different positions, each position will appear on the Other Places dropdown in the details section of their profile. Just click on the dropdown to switch between profiles.
Note: Hiring Managers and Members can only switch to profiles that are associated with other positions they have access to.
To toggle between a candidate’s profiles:
Open the candidate’s profile.
Click the Other Places dropdown on the right-hand side of the window.
Select the correct position.
The view will change to the profile associated with the position you chose.
