When a candidate applies for a position on your career portal or through a job board, their application is added to their profile automatically. But what about when you add or source a candidate another way?
If you need to collect details from a candidate who was referred or added manually, you can send an application request from their candidate profile.
How to request an application
Hiring Managers can request an application from the candidate profile.
Open the candidate’s profile.
Click the More icon (three dots) in the upper-right corner of the window.
Click Request Application.
Click Yes please to confirm the request.
The candidate will receive an email with a link to the application form. When they submit the application, their profile will be updated with the info they provided.
Note: The option to request an application is only available on sourced or manually added candidates who have not yet completed an application.
