With Breezy’s GDPR functionality enabled for your company, you can choose whether to require it for individual positions and candidate pools, regardless of their geographic region

Note: With GDPR features enabled, the option will default to On for positions based in the EU.

How to enable GDPR features

Admin permission is required to enable GDPR features in your Company Settings.

  1. Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the left sidebar.

  2. Click Company Settings.

  3. Click General in the left sidebar.

  4. Scroll to GDPR Compliance.

  5. Click Enabled to enable the features.

  6. Click the gear icon ⚙️ to enable or disable specific features.

How to enable GDPR consent on existing positions

After you've enabled GDPR features, you can opt to enforce compliance on specific positions or pools.

  1. Click Positions/Pools in the left sidebar.

  2. Open the correct position or candidate pool.

  3. Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the top-right corner of the window to open Position Settings.

  4. For positions, click Application in the left sidebar and scroll to Compliance.

  5. For candidate pools, click GDPR in the left sidebar.

  6. Click Required next to GDPR Candidate Consent.
