With Breezy’s Custom Reporting Add-on, you can analyze your recruiting data with advanced reporting tools, in addition to the reporting options available in Breezy.
The Custom Reporting Add-on is available to customers on Pro plans.
The Custom Reporting tool uses Amazon QuickSight business intelligence (BI) services to analyze candidate and position data from Breezy.

Advanced reporting data
Custom Reporting uses data directly from your Breezy account. Data is updated nightly, so you can generate reports that are current through the previous day.
Datasets
Data is organized into three datasets:
Candidates: Current data on all candidates, including only basic information about positions they are associated with
Positions: Current data on all positions
All Data & Activity: All data on both candidates and positions, including how they relate and interact
Events
The changes and activity Breezy records about how you work with candidates and positions are tracked as events, for reporting purposes. When working with data in Custom Reporting, all events are included — you can use filters to group data by the criteria you need, so the information or changes you’re examining are summarized correctly.
The following events are currently recorded:
Candidate Added
Candidate Moved
Candidate Deleted
Candidate Status Updated
Position Added
Position Deleted
Questionnaire Response
Filters
You can use filters to include or exclude events and data, to refine your reports as needed. Filters are useful for grouping basic candidate and position data, but are essential for refining subsets of activity data, such as filtering for Candidate Added events within a specific date range. Note: The data available for Custom Reporting is not all-inclusive; field names may vary slightly from the Breezy app.
