The Expert Training Add-on is a paid service that can be added to any Breezy plan. With Expert Training, you can schedule customized training sessions with a Breezy team member, to help you get started with Breezy or learn how to use specific features.

How Expert Training works

Expert Training is a live service, customized to your team’s training needs. When you request a session, we’ll work with you to design a training program that covers what you’re looking for — whether it’s a full walkthrough for admins, a deep dive on specific features, or working through your recruiting process with hiring managers.

Here’s what happens:

  1. Request a quote for Expert Training from your Breezy billing page.

  2. Answer a few questions about the type of training you need and how many team members are involved.

  3. We’ll contact you by chat or email to get more details. We might schedule a quick meeting to make sure we get all the info we need.

  4. We’ll estimate the time (and cost) to cover the training topics we discussed and send you a quote.

  5. Once we settle on a training plan, you can schedule your training session with a Breezy expert.

  6. You’ll meet with your expert on Zoom or Google Meet and work through your training plan.

  7. After each session is complete, we’ll charge the credit card associated with your Breezy account.


How to buy Expert Training

Admins can request a quote for Expert Training on their billing page.

  1. Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the left sidebar.

  2. Click Billing Details.

  3. Scroll to Feature Subscriptions and find Breezy Expert Training.

  4. Click Request Quote and follow the prompts to describe your training needs.

After you submit your request, a member of our team will contact you to work out the particulars. You’ll be charged after each training session is complete.

What is included in Breezy’s Expert Training?

Expert Training is a live online training session, customized to cover the topics your team needs to know. You’ll work with our team to design a training plan that works for you, then meet with an expert to learn how to use Breezy.

What is not included?

Expert Training does not include implementation or troubleshooting. Your Breezy expert can teach you how to set up your account and use Breezy’s features and functions, but you’ll need to manage your own settings and data, and contact our support team for troubleshooting.

How long is a session?

Sessions are planned and billed in 1-hour increments. We’ll work with you to plan and schedule the right amount of time for your team.

Is the session recorded?

We can record your training if you like, and send you a link to the recording after each session. Be sure to let us know whether or not you’d like to have the session recorded.

Can I schedule more training?

Yes! Depending on your training needs, we can plan multiple sessions in advance. But if you find you need a bit more, we can plan additional sessions. Just contact our team or request another quote for training from your billing page.

How many people can be included in a session?

We can accommodate groups of any size, but find that training time is most effective for groups of 5 or less. Smaller groups are usually more interactive and can cover more Q&A in the allotted time.

How much does it cost?

Your quote is based on a rate of $99 per hour, for the amount of time we think it will take to cover the topics in your training plan.

When am I charged for my training session?

You’ll need to have a credit card associated with your Breezy account to purchase Expert Training. We’ll charge your card after each session is complete and you’ll get an email confirmation of the charge.
