Paid plans

Customers on our paid plans can access all positions and candidate data for as long as their plan is active. We never delete position or candidate data for customers on active paid plans, except at the customer’s request.

If a paid account is canceled, we’ll delete the customer’s data one year after cancellation. If the customer restarts their subscription within one year, they can regain access to all their data.

If the customer requests immediate deletion of their data when they cancel, it can’t be recovered with a new subscription.

If a paid account is downgraded to our free Bootstrap plan, the customer will retain access to all position data and candidate data added within the last 30 days.

Free plans

Customers on our free Bootstrap plan can access all position data for as long as their plan is active, and candidate data added in the last 30 days. We never delete position or candidate data on active Bootstrap plans, except upon the customer’s request. Customers can regain access to expired candidate data when they upgrade to a paid plan.

We delete position and candidate data for Bootstrap plans after one year of inactivity.

Free trials

Customers on a free trial can access all their position and candidate data for the duration of the trial.

Data will not be accessible after the trial expires and will be deleted after one year of inactivity. If a customer purchases a paid plan in that timeframe, they can regain access to all their data. If they subscribe to our free Bootstrap plan in that timeframe, they can regain access to all position data and candidate data added within the last 30 days.
