With Breezy’s CCPA functionality enabled for your company, you can choose whether to require it for individual positions and candidate pools, regardless of their location.
With CCPA features enabled, Breezy provides:
Note: With CCPA features enabled, the option will default to On for all positions.
How to enable CCPA features
Admin permission is required to enable CCPA features in your Company Settings.
Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the left sidebar.
Click Company Settings.
Click General in the left sidebar.
Click Compliance near the top of the screen.
Find CCPA and click the toggle to enable.
Choose which features to enable and update message templates if needed.
Click Save Changes.
How to enable CCPA consent on existing positions
After you've enabled CCPA features, you can opt to enforce compliance on specific positions or pools.
Click Positions/Pools in the left sidebar.
Open the correct position or candidate pool.
Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the top-right corner of the window to open Position Settings.
For positions, click Application Form in the left sidebar and scroll to Compliance.
For candidate pools, click CCPA in the left sidebar.
Click Required next to CCPA Candidate Consent.
