If you’ve enabled Reasons for Closing Positions, you can view and export closed position data at the company level.
With the Reasons for Closing Positions feature, you’ll be prompted to assign a reason when you close a position and will have the option to disqualify remaining candidates. If disposition tracking is enabled, you can view and export disposition data with the Compliance Dispositions Report.
Real-time analytics and reporting are available to customers on all paid plans.
Admin permission is required to access company-level reporting.

Reason for closing the position
Closed Positions Volume History
The Closed Positions Volume History section shows a timeline of activity for each closure reason you’ve created in your company settings, to show trends and volume over time.
Closed Positions Analysis
The Closed Position Analysis chart displays the total of each closure reason.
