Migration of up to 25,000 candidates’ data is available for free to customers who switch from Workable to an annual Breezy Growth, Business, or Pro plan.
How to migrate Workable data
In order to migrate your data from Workable to Breezy, you’ll need an active Breezy account and an API token for your Workable account. The availability of an API token may depend on your Workable plan and service level.
Activate your Breezy account. (You can start with a trial and upgrade later.)
Contact our team at support@breezyhr.com to request migration and provide your Workable API access token.
Our team will review your data and confirm that we can proceed with migration. If your migration exceeds 25,000 candidate records, we’ll provide a custom quote based on the number of records (starting from $250).
Once your migration details are confirmed and your subscription is upgraded to an annual Growth, Business, or Pro plan, we’ll start the migration.
The migration process typically takes about 7 business days, but could take longer. We’ll email you when the migration is complete and recommend you validate the imported data as soon as possible.
⚠️ Data migrations are complex and involve large and sophisticated datasets. We’ll work hard to get your migration perfect, but sometimes things happen. We can't guarantee against errors in migrated data.

Close positions that are no longer open
Remove stale candidates
Clean up any unwanted sources, tags, etc.
Complete any workflows, interviews, etc. that are in process

How quickly can we start the migration process?
You can start the migration process as soon as you activate your Breezy subscription and provide us with your Workable API token. It generally takes about 7 business days for us to review the data and complete the migration.
Can we import candidates another way?
Yes. If you’re able to download your data from Workable, you can use CSV and resume files to bulk import candidate records to Breezy.
Does it cost anything to migrate data from Workable to Breezy?
We offer free migration of data from Workable to an annual Breezy Growth, Business, or Pro plan, up to 25,000 candidate records and resumes. If you have more than 25K candidates, we’ll provide a custom quote based on the number of candidate records, starting from $250.
What if something goes wrong with the migration?
We’ll email you as soon as the migration is complete and recommend you validate the new data in Breezy as soon as possible. If you find any issues, notify us within 3 business days of our email, and we’ll work to correct any import errors.
