There are a few important details:
Migration is free for up to 25,000 candidate records.
We’ll charge a one-time fee for larger migrations, starting from $250 based on the total number of candidate records.
Migrations are only available to customers on Breezy’s Growth, Business, or Pro plans that are billed on an annual basis

An API token is required for migrations from certain platforms. The availability of API access may depend on your plan and service level with your current ATS.
How to prepare your data
Just like moving from one house to another, it’s good to tidy up and clean out as much as possible before the move. That way, you can avoid taking along a bunch of unnecessary data (and help stay within the 25K limit for a free migration 💥).
Start with some “spring cleaning” in your current ATS, like:
Closing positions that are no longer open
Removing stale candidates
Cleaning up any unwanted sources, tags, etc.
Completing any workflows, interviews, etc. that are in process
Validating candidate email addresses

Sign up for Breezy.
Have an admin on your account contact our team at support@breezyhr.com to request migration and provide your API access token (if required).
Our team will review your data and confirm that we can proceed with migration. If your migration exceeds 25,000 candidate records, we’ll provide a custom quote for the service.
Update your Breezy subscription to an annual Growth, Business, or Pro plan.
Once your data and subscription are in order, we’ll start the migration. The process is typically completed within 7 business days, but could take longer.
We’ll notify the admin on your account when the migration is complete. They should sign in to Breezy as soon as possible to validate the imported data. Notify our team of any issues within 3 days of completing the migration so we can try to correct any errors.

How quickly can we start the migration process?
You can start the migration process as soon as you activate your Breezy account and have your data files or API key. It takes about 2 business days for us to review the data and about another 7 business days to complete the migration.
What data can we migrate?

What if I’m migrating from another ATS?
Data migration from an ATS other than JazzHR, Workable, Greenhouse, or Lever is available to customers on Breezy Pro plans. Contact our team for a custom quote that includes the plan and migration.
Can we import candidates and prospects from a spreadsheet?
Yes. If you don’t have a full data migration, you can use CSV and resume files to bulk import candidate records to Breezy.
