Real-time analytics and reporting are available to customers on all paid plans.
Admin permission is required to access company-level reporting.
Hiring Manager permission is required to access position-level reporting
Internal Candidate Overview
In the overview section, you'll see a summary of the candidates coming from your employee portal, their average candidate quality (based on the hiring team’s feedback in Scorecards), and both volume and quality comparisons for the time period(s) you choose.
The columns in this report show you:
Total Applied candidates
Previous Total (from the timeframe you've selected)
The percentage of change in total candidates from the previous to the current timeframe
Average Score per candidate
Previous Average Score
The percentage of change in averages scores from the previous to the current timeframe
Position Overview
In the Position Overview section, you can see the total candidates recruited, by position, with a comparison to the previous period (based on the timeframe you’ve selected).
Candidate Volume History
The Candidate Volume History section shows a timeline of application activity.
Candidate Score History
The Candidate Score History section can help you understand the quality of internal candidates (determined by the Scorecards submitted). Plotting scores on a timeline can show you trends in candidate quality.
