Resume Audit is an AI-powered tool that analyzes the quality and authenticity of candidate resumes, to help you prioritize the right candidates.
Resume Audit is a paid feature that uses Breezy Intelligence credits.
How Resume Audit works
Resume Audit examines resumes for potential indicators of AI-generated, copied, or automatically tailored content. It looks at things like:
What method or software was used to create the resume
How recently the resume was created
How closely the resume matches your job description
One of the following results will be provided:
Inconclusive: The data in the resume isn’t sufficient for analysis.
Looks original!: The resume was created well in advance of submission, has little indication of AI-generated or copied content, and came from a trusted app or source.
May have help from AI: The resume may contain content that was copied or generated by AI; closer review is recommended.
Likely has copied or AI-generated content: There’s a strong indication the resume contains AI-generated content, was highly customized to match your job description, and/or was created by an automated source.
Notes:
Each resume scan typically uses up to 600 Breezy Intelligence credits, depending on the length of the resume.
Resumes that can’t be parsed will not be analyzed, such as a scanned resume or a resume that’s not in a supported language. To see if a resume has been parsed, check the Experience tab of the candidate’s profile.

How to enable Resume Audit
An admin can purchase Breezy Intelligence credits on their subscriptions page and decide which features to enable for their team.
To enable Resume Audit for your company:
Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the left sidebar.
Click Company Settings.
On the General tab, scroll to Breezy Intelligence.
Find Resume Audit and click the toggle to enable.
With Resume Audit available, anyone who can create or edit positions can enable it when they create a position, or in its settings later. Once enabled, Resume Audit will analyze candidates’ resumes when they apply for the position.
To enable Resume Audit for a position:
Click Positions/Pools in the left sidebar.
Open the correct position.
Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the top-right corner of the window to open Position Settings.
Click Screening in the left sidebar.
Find Resume Audit and click the toggle to enable.
New resumes will be reviewed as soon as they’re submitted. Their audit result will be shown near the top of the resume page of a candidate’s profile. Just click the result to see more details on the right-hand side of the screen.
How to manually review a resume
Resume Audit will not review resumes that were in your pipeline before the tool was enabled. You can manually scan these resumes from a candidate’s profile or in bulk from the position’s pipeline. Each scan generally uses 250-600 credits.
Individual candidates
Open the candidate’s profile.
Click Resume / CV on the left side of the screen.
Click Run Resume Audit near the top of the screen.
The result will be displayed above the resume on the Resume / CV tab of the profile, with details about the analysis on the right side of the screen. You can close the details panel and find the results later from the Resume tab.
A batch of candidates
Open the position’s pipeline view.
Click the settings menu (three dots) at the top of the correct stage.
Click Run Breezy Intelligence.
Choose Resume Audit and click Run.
You’ll receive an email when the results are ready in each candidate’s profile.
Note: With the Resume Audit feature enabled in company settings, batch scanning can be done from a position’s pipeline even if the feature is not enabled in the position’s settings.
💡Tip: Selective Scanning from the Pipeline
Prefer to check resumes in a certain pipeline stage, rather than for all candidates? Instead of enabling Resume Audit in the position’s settings, run a bulk scan from the pipeline later.
