Breezy Intelligence credits let you enable AI-powered tools, like:
Applicant Insights, to help streamline your recruiting workflow
Resume Audit, to check resumes for originality and authenticity
Activity Summary, to recap the conversations, events, and activity in a candidate’s profile
How to buy Breezy Intelligence credits
Admins can purchase Breezy Intelligence credits from their billing page. As long as credits are available, supported AI tools can be enabled in your account.
Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the left sidebar.
Click Subscriptions & Billing in the left sidebar.
Click Subscriptions near the top of the screen.
Scroll to Feature Subscriptions and click the Breezy Intelligence tile.
Choose an amount to purchase and follow the steps to confirm payment.
You can add credits when your balance has fallen below 100,000, and can carry a maximum of 1,000,000 credits on your account.
How to check Breezy Intelligence usage
An admin can see details about how credits are used with the Breezy Intelligence Usage Report. The report breaks down the number of credits used for each operation in a given timeframe.
The report shows:
Which feature or operation was run
How many credits were used
Which position the feature was used for
Which candidate’s data was scanned
Which team member triggered the operation
When the operation happened
To generate the report:
Click the gear icon in the left sidebar.
Click Company Settings.
Click General in the left sidebar.
Subscriptions & Billing in the left sidebar.
Click Billing near the top of the screen.
Find Breezy Intelligence in the Plan Details section.
Click Usage Report.
Select a timeframe for the report and click Request Report.
You’ll receive an email with a link to download the report when it’s ready.
How to enable Breezy Intelligence tools
An admin can enable Breezy Intelligence tools in their Company Settings.
Click the gear icon in the left sidebar.
Click Company Settings.
Click General in the left sidebar.
Click Breezy Intelligence near the top of the screen.
Toggle a tool to enable it for your team.
How Breezy Intelligence credits work
Breezy Intelligence credits enable AI features, like Applicant Insights. Credits are used every time certain tools run, like when a candidate’s application is reviewed for the qualifications of a job, or when you test your criteria for that review process.
The number of credits used will vary with things like the type of function that’s run and the length of the content that’s analyzed. For example:

An admin can add credits to your Breezy account any time your account level falls below 100,000—credits don’t expire. You can buy them in increments of 100,000, up to an account maximum of 1,000,000.
FAQ
Can I try AI tools without buying credits?
Of course! 100,000 credits are included with a free trial of Breezy. That’s enough to run about 200 candidate reviews with Applicant Insights, for example.
How can I replenish my AI credits?
You’ll need to be an admin on a Breezy plan to add credits (not a free trial). Go to the Features section of your billing and subscriptions page to add more credits. You can add more credits whenever your balance falls below 100,000, up to 1,000,000 total.
Can my team keep using AI tools if we’re out of credits?
No. AI functions will be disabled until credits are replenished. You’ll be able to see the results of functions that have already run, but you won’t be able to run anything new until credits are added.
How long do credits last?
Credits never expire—even the free ones included with a trial. But if you cancel your Breezy plan, you won't receive a refund for any unused credits.
How do I know how many credits I have left?
