Breezy’s AI Interview Analysis is a new feature, currently in beta. It’s still in development and has limited support.
Breezy’s AI Interview Analysis uses your custom criteria to evaluate interview transcripts and deliver practical insights to your hiring team.
AI Interview Analysis is a subscription that can be added to any paid plan.
How Interview Analysis Works
You can enable interview analysis on any position and add it to video interviews when you schedule with candidates. You can customize up to 5 prompts to use as criteria to analyze an interview transcript.
You’ll see a summary and total score of all interview rounds in a candidate’s profile, plus a score for each interview and a detailed breakdown that includes key conversation topics, candidate responses, signals picked up from the conversation, and detailed scoring for each category of your criteria.
If you decide to move a candidate on to another round of interviews, you can generate new questions to help gather more details or dive deeper into a specific topic during your next meeting.
Important Notes:
A video meeting transcript must be available in order to run Interview Analysis. Google Meet, MS Teams, Zoom, and Breezy’s integrated video are supported.
Interview Analysis can be enabled when scheduling a candidate interview or added later, before the interview occurs.
Interview transcripts must contain at least 200 words to be analyzed.
If a transcript can’t be analyzed, it won’t count against the allowance for your subscription.
Interview Analysis can’t be used with scheduling links.

How to enable Interview Analysis for a position
Anyone who can create or edit positions can enable analysis and customize the criteria for a position. You can use up to 5 categories to review candidates. Each category is made up of:
Title: A short description used to organize results in the candidate’s profile.
Prompt: A detailed description that informs the AI what to look for when evaluating the interview transcript.
By default, Breezy will use the criteria used for Applicant Insights if it’s enabled for the position. (If Applicant Insights isn’t enabled for the position, the four default categories are provided.) You can customize these prompts, start from scratch, or generate criteria based on the position’s job description.
To enable Interview Analysis for a position:
Open the correct position.
Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the top-right corner of the window to open Position Settings.
Click Screening in the left sidebar.
Find Interview Analysis and click the toggle to enable.
Generate or edit criteria.
Click Save Changes.
Once enabled, anyone who schedules a candidate interview can opt to include Interview Analysis.
Note: Generating criteria uses Breezy Intelligence credits.
How to add Interview Analysis to an interview
Anyone who can schedule candidate interviews can add Interview Analysis to the meeting.
Open a candidate’s profile.
Click the calendar icon near the top of the screen.
Follow the steps to create an interview appointment.
Select a Video Interview option.
Toggle to Opt in to Interview Analysis.
Add AI Analysis Context, if you like.
Additional context can be used to describe the nature of the interview and does not replace the scoring criteria in the position’s settings.
Continue setting up the interview as usual.
Interview Analysis will evaluate the meeting transcript and provide results in the candidate’s profile after the interview
Note: Interviews must be available on your subscription to add Interview Analysis while scheduling. If you've exceeded your allotment, an admin can purchase additional interviews.
⚠️ MS Teams: Transcription must be enabled for every meeting in order to run Interview Analysis. Be sure to turn on transcription when your meeting starts.
