Breezy’s AI Interview Analysis is a paid subscription you can add to any paid Breezy plan. With Interview Analysis, you can get helpful summaries and insights based on your own criteria.
AI Interview Analysis requires video interviewing capability, which is available to customers on paid Breezy plans.
How to buy Interview Analysis
Admins can purchase the AI Interview Analysis add-on from their Subscriptions page.
Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the left sidebar.
Click Subscriptions & Billing.
Click Subscriptions near the top of the screen.
Scroll to Feature add-ons and click the Interview Analysis tile.
Follow the prompts to choose a plan and confirm payment.
Once activated, anyone who can create or edit positions can enable Interview Analysis for a position. Anyone who can schedule candidate interviews for that position can add analysis to an interview.
How to update your Interview Analysis plan
If you exceed your allotted interviews before the billing period ends, you’ll need to purchase more interviews or upgrade your plan to keep using Interview Analysis.
You can check usage, change your subscription, and add more interviews on your Billing page.
Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the left sidebar.
Click Subscriptions & Billing in the left sidebar.
Click Billing near the top of the screen.
Find Interview Analysis.
Click + More Interviews to add interviews to your plan in increments of 10.
Click Modify Subscription to change your plan.
Click Usage Report to request a detailed usage report.
Auto-recharge interviews
You can enable Auto Recharge to automatically add interviews when your balance reaches a certain level.
Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the left sidebar.
Click Subscriptions & Billing in the left sidebar.
Click Billing near the top of the screen.
Find Interview Analysis and toggle Auto Recharge on.
Choose a balance to recharge at.
Choose a number of interviews to add.
Click Save Changes.
When your balance falls to the level you chose, interviews will be added automatically, and the credit card on file will be charged.
Notes:
Extra interviews purchased manually or with Auto-Recharge expire 30 days after purchase.
The monthly allotment refreshes each billing period (unused interviews do not roll over to the next billing period).
Interviews are used in order of expiration; those that expire first are used first.
