By default, Breezy will automatically archive draft or closed positions that haven’t had any candidates added, sourced, or moved in the past 12 months. Breezy will not auto-archive active positions, regardless of activity.
To disable auto-archival:
Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the left sidebar.
Hover over Templates and click Positions.
Scroll to Auto-Archive Positions.
Click the toggle to disable.
Note: Archived positions are not deleted, but are hidden from view. To find archived positions, use the Include Archived filter option in the Positions list.
