The Breezy HR MCP server lets you connect your Breezy HR account directly to your AI agent using the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Once connected, you can use natural language to manage your hiring workflow in Breezy—reviewing candidates, updating pipeline stages, drafting outreach, and reporting on hiring activity.

You can use the Breezy MCP server with any AI client that supports MCP, like Claude, Cursor, or ChatGPT. The actions you can take with an agent are defined by your Breezy permissions—you can only access data and functions available to you in the Breezy app.

You can connect the Breezy MCP server in your AI client’s settings. Steps vary by client, but you'll usually find them in the settings or configuration options.

Once connected, you can just describe what you're trying to accomplish in your agent’s chat—in plain language. Your agent will pull in the right data and take action automatically.
