How to configure Google Workspace for Breezy

In Breezy

Admins can configure SSO settings in their company settings.

  1. Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the left sidebar.

  2. Click Company Settings.

  3. Click Security in the left sidebar.

  4. Click Single Sign-On near the top of the screen.

  5. Find Google Apps and click the toggle to enable.

  6. Copy the URL under Single Sign-On URL. You’ll need to provide this to Google during configuration.

  7. Click Upload Metadata File to upload the file previously downloaded from Google.

  8. Choose whether to enforce sign-in.

  9. Click Save Changes.

In Google Workspace

  1. Under ACS URL, enter: https://app.breezy.hr/api/auth/saml/company/[Your Breezy Friendly ID]

  2. Under Entity ID, enter: https://app.breezy.hr/api/auth/saml/company/[Your Breezy Friendly ID]/metadata.xml

  3. Under Name ID, set Name ID Format as Email, then set Name ID as Primary Email.

Token attributes and claims

These tokens tell the provider what information and in what format they need to send to Breezy for each user. The following attributes must be configured to send for each user and must match exactly.

  • FirstName

  • LastName

  • Email
