With Nurture Campaigns, you can stay in touch with candidates through a series of automated email and text messages. Nurturing helps you engage with passive candidates and create a positive experience, so you can have always a pool of qualified prospects at the ready.

Breezy’s nurture campaigns let you organize and delay sets of message templates so they're sent out at just the right times to keep candidates engaged — without lifting a finger.

Nurture Campaigns are available to customers on Business and Pro plans.
Admin permission is required to configure this feature.

A nurture campaign will begin when a candidate enters a stage that's been configured with the Nurture Campaign stage action. The campaign will end as soon as a candidate replies to a campaign message, or when the candidate is moved out of the stage.

How to create a nurture campaign

Admins can set up a nurture campaign in their Recruiting Preferences.

  1. Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the left sidebar.

  2. Hover over Templates and click Nurture Campaigns.

  3. Click + Campaign.

  4. Enter a name for the campaign.

  5. Click + Message to add a message to the sequence.

  6. Choose a message template from the dropdown.

  7. Set the number of days to wait before sending the message.

  8. Click Save.

  9. Continue adding messages as needed.

  10. Click and drag to reorder messages, if necessary.

Nurture campaign message history

When a candidate is part of an active nurture campaign, you'll see a notice in the Email / SMS section on their profile.

Messages sent as part of the campaign will appear as normal emails or text messages in the candidate’s conversation history.
