Finding positions on job boards

Free job boards are enabled by default. Breezy will automatically send your approved positions to every relevant board, unless you disable the option in the position’s settings. Many of these boards further distribute their listings, extending the reach of your job postings.

You can also enable premium job boards to reach a larger or more targeted audience.

We'll recommend premium job boards based on the job category you select in the position details, so you may not see all the following options listed for every position.

You can choose premium job boards in a position's settings.

After your purchase is complete, an invoice will be available on your Billing page.

Note: Premium job postings are available on free and paid plans, not on free trials.

Positions are automatically sent to third-party job boards after being approved by Breezy, usually within one business day of activation. We’ll notify you if there is an issue with the position that prevents it from being sent to job boards.

The time it takes for your position to be posted on individual job boards may vary. Most postings are easy to locate with a simple search, but others can be harder to find, depending on each job board's algorithms.

If you don’t see your job posted within 24 hours of approval and you haven’t received a notification from Breezy, it may not meet the job board’s criteria. Email us at support@breezyhr.com if you need a hand locating your listing or double-checking the job board’s requirements.
