With Candidate Compare, you can see candidates side-by-side to compare Applicant Insights and scorecard feedback from your Hiring Team.
Candidate Compare is available on Business and Pro plans. Scorecard viewing permission is required to access the feature.
How Candidate Compare works
If Applicant Insights is enabled for a position, Candidate Compare will show the average score across your criteria as well as scores for each category. Below that, you’ll see the candidate’s Average Score from hiring team scorecards (the average of the team’s overall ratings) plus any written comments the team has added to the scorecard items.
How to access Candidate Compare
You can compare candidates from a position’s pipeline view or the Candidates tab.
From the Pipeline
When you access Candidate Compare from the pipeline, you can compare all the candidates in a particular stage.
Click Positions/Pools in the left sidebar.
Open the correct position.
Click the more menu (three dots) in the correct stage.
Click Compare Candidates.
From the Candidates tab
When you access Candidate Compare from the Candidates tab, you can compare all the candidates for a position, or filter them as needed.
Click Positions/Pools in the left sidebar.
Open the correct position.
Click Candidates near the top of the window.
Apply any filters or segments you need.
Click the checkbox next to each candidate you’d like to include.
Click the more menu (ellipsis) near the top of the window and select Compare Candidates.
