Using CC and BCC with Candidate Emails

Message history in Breezy makes it simple for Hiring Managers to stay on top of the team’s conversation with a candidate. But if you want to loop in someone who doesn’t have access to candidate messages, you can add them to an email with CC and BCC.

Hiring Manager access is required to view conversations and engage with candidates.


How to CC or BCC someone on a candidate email

You can add CC and BCC recipients in Breezy the same way you do in your regular email application.

  1. Open the candidate’s profile.

  2. Click Email/SMS near the top of the window.

  3. Click Compose Email.

  4. Click +CC or +BCC next to the candidate’s email address.

  5. Enter the email addresses of the CC and BCC recipients, separated by commas.

  6. Add your message and any attachments.

  7. Click Send Email.

    • If you’d like to schedule your email to be sent in the future, click the clock icon to select a date or time.

All recipients will receive the email in their regular email inbox and can reply from there.

Replies from CC and BCC recipients

Replies to emails sent from Breezy will appear in the candidate’s message history, including replies from CC and BCC recipients.

If a reply comes from someone who’s not on your Breezy account, you'll see (External) next to their name in​ the conversation thread.
