If you need to add people to hiring teams in Breezy and want to limit their access to their own candidate profile (or the profiles of their team members), you can make the profile private.
When a profile is private, the candidate will still appear in pipeline and candidate views, but their details are only accessible to Company Admins and the person who marked them private. Other team members will see a message that lets them know the profile has been made private, and by whom.
How to mark a candidate private
Only Company Admins and Hiring Managers for the position can mark a candidate private.
Open the candidate’s profile.
Click the More icon (three dots) near the top-right corner of the window.
Click Mark Private.
To make a candidate’s profile public again, follow the same steps and click Unmark Private.
