Outlook Email Integration

When you connect your Outlook email account to your user profile in Breezy, you can manage your candidate communications all in one place.

Email integration is available to customers on all paid plans.


How to connect your Outlook account to Breezy

You can enable the Outlook Mail integration in your user settings.

  1. Click your profile icon in the left sidebar.

  2. Click Integrations in the left sidebar.

  3. Scroll to Email.

  4. Click the Outlook Mail tile and follow the steps to authorize Breezy on your Microsoft account.

Once enabled, all messages sent through Breezy will be sent using your own Outlook email account and will appear in your Outlook Sent items.

Note: To ensure the best delivery of emails using this integration, please have your IT team ensure that SPF and DKIM are properly set up in your Outlook Mail account. Learn more.
