Receive notifications and interact with Breezy without ever leaving Slack. Find out how to enable the Slack integration.

If you use Slack, you're gonna love our Slack integration. ❤️

When you connect Breezy with Slack, you can get the notifications you need, where you really need them. Plus, you can take action on common hiring tasks without ever leaving Slack.

For example:

  • Find out about new candidates

  • Move candidates between stages

  • Share team feedback about candidates

  • View and reply to candidate emails and text messages

  • See and respond to @-mentions from your teammates

  • Receive reminders about candidates

  • Assign a candidate to a team member

  • Mark a task complete

The Slack integration is available to customers on all paid plans.


How to enable the Slack Integration

You can enable the Slack integration in your user settings:

  1. Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the left sidebar.

  2. Click My Settings.

  3. Click Integrations on the left.

  4. Click the Slack tile.

  5. Follow the prompts to allow access for the integration.

Once enabled, Breezy Notifier will send you a direct message (DM) in Slack and say “Hey!” 👋

How to use the Slack integration

Once the integration is enabled, you’ll receive notifications in Slack, like new candidates, tasks, @-mentions, etc.

You’ll also be able to take action on most of the items we notify you about, right in Slack. Just look for options on the notification message.

How to manage Slack notifications

You can control what notifications are sent in your user settings.

  1. Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the left sidebar.

  2. Click My Settings.

  3. Click Notifications on the left.

  4. Toggle options to turn notifications on or off.

  5. Click Save Changes.
