Candidates will see your Recruitment Privacy Notice whenever you request their consent to collect their info.
How to customize your Recruiting Privacy Notice
With CCPA enabled Admins can customize the Recruiting Privacy Notice in your CCPA Settings.
To customize your privacy notice:
Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the left sidebar.
Click Company Settings.
Click General in the left sidebar.
Click Compliance near the top of the screen.
Find CCPA and click Edit Settings.
Scroll to Recruiting Privacy Notice and click Edit Template.
Make changes as needed and click Save Changes.
