With Pipeline Performance reports, you can track the efficiency of your hiring process. You can see the paths candidates take and how quickly they move through a given pipeline, to help you identify trends and streamline your process.

Real-time analytics and reporting are available to customers on all paid plans.

Admin permission is required to access company-level reporting.

Hiring Manager permission is required to access position-level reporting.

You can view pipeline data at the company level, for all position pipelines with activity, or at the position level, for the pipeline associated with that position.

There are a few details to note:

  • You can view data for any time period, but only in 30-day intervals.

  • Candidate movement will be shown for the time period you specify.

  • Data will not be shown for archived positions.

  • Data will not be shown for deleted positions.

  • Data will not be shown for a deleted stage. The candidates in a deleted stage must be moved to another stage to be included (candidates in a “Missing Stage” state will not be counted).

  • Data will be shown for deleted candidates who had movement in the given time period.

  • Company-level reports show data for all pipelines with activity in the given time period (scroll to see each pipeline). Pipelines with no activity will not be shown.

Summary

Each pipeline report starts with a summary of candidate activity for the reporting timeframe.

You’ll see:

  • Total added: The number of candidates added, including those who applied directly or were sourced, referred, or submitted by a recruiter.

  • Disqualified: The number of candidates moved to any stage of the disqualified type.

  • Moved Forward: The number of candidates who were moved from any stage to another, whether manually or with a stage action.

  • Stalled: The number of candidates who have not moved at all.

Beneath the summary, the candidate movement table provides a visual overview of candidate stage moves. The column on the left shows the stages candidates moved from. The top row shows the stages candidates moved to. Multiple stages of the same type will be shown, except for disqualified stages, which will be summarized.

Colored blocks at intersecting points in the table show the total number of candidates who moved from a certain stage to a certain stage, plus the percentage of all candidates who moved from the same stage and how many days on average candidates were in the "From” before moving to the "To” stage.

  • A gray block indicates there were no candidates moved between the given combination of stages.

  • A green block indicates some candidates moved between a given combination of stages.

  • A red block represents moves to a disqualified stage. Multiple stages of the disqualified type will be summarized in the Disqualified column.
