Multiple Scorecards on a Position

You can use multiple scorecards on a position to evaluate candidates based on the pipeline stage they’re in. All scorecard feedback is compiled for managers on the Team Scorecards tab of a candidate’s profile.

Custom Scorecards are available on Growth, Business, and Pro plans.

Admin permission is required to create and edit Scorecards.

How to add multiple scorecards to a position

Anyone who can create or edit a position can add multiple scorecards in the position’s settings.

  1. Click Positions/Pools in the left sidebar.

  2. Open the correct position.

  3. Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the top-right corner of the window to open Position Settings.

  4. Click Screening in the left sidebar.

  5. Under Available Scorecards, click the Multiple toggle to enable multiple scorecards.

  6. Find the pipeline stage(s) you’d like to assign a scorecard to and choose one from the scorecards dropdown.

  7. Click Save Changes.


How multiple scorecards work

You can find available scorecards on the Scorecards tab of a candidate’s profile.

You can switch between scorecards with the dropdown at the top of the Scorecards tab. Scorecards are listed in the order they’re saved on the position's pipeline.

When scorecards are completed, Hiring Managers can see their team’s feedback compiled on the Team Scorecards tab of the candidate’s profile. Scroll to see a summary for each scorecard.

The average of the hiring team’s Overall Ratings for each scorecard is shown at the top of the Team Scorecard. The average across all scorecards, the Candidate Score, is shown on or near the candidate’s profile picture and in the candidate list.

In Candidate Compare, the Candidate Score is shown as the Average Score, along with the average of each scorecard item.
