The Breezy pipeline is where you can track all candidates through the hiring process. Each column in the Kanban-style pipeline represents a different stage. These stages are customizable on most Breezy plans.
Customers on all paid plans can customize their default pipeline.
Customers on Growth, Business, and Pro plans can also create additional pipelines and apply them to different positions.
How to manage a pipeline
Admins can create and update company-level pipelines that are assigned to each position.
If you’re an admin or Hiring Manager, you customize the pipeline for a certain position when you create the job, or later in the position’s settings.
Click Positions/Pools in the left sidebar.
Open the correct position.
Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the upper-right corner of the window to open Position Settings.
Click Pipeline in the left sidebar to access the Pipeline settings.
