The Breezy pipeline is where you can track all candidates through the hiring process. Depending on your plan, you can create and customize pipelines to suit your company and even individual positions.

Customers on all paid plans can customize their default pipeline. Customers on Growth, Business, and Pro plans can also create and customize additional pipelines.

How to access pipeline settings

You can access pipelines in your recruiting preferences.

  1. Click the gear icon in the left sidebar ⚙️.

  2. Hover over Recruiting Preferences and click Pipeline Stages.

  3. From here, you can add new pipelines, and edit and reorder stages on existing pipelines.

How to add a new pipeline

To add a new pipeline:

  1. Click the gear icon in the left sidebar ⚙️.

  2. Hover over Recruiting Preferences and click Pipeline Stages.

  3. Click + Position Pipeline.

  4. Give your new pipeline a name and click + Stage to add as many stages as you'd like.

How to edit a pipeline

To edit stages you've already created:

  1. Click the gear icon in the left sidebar ⚙️.

  2. Hover over Recruiting Preferences and click Pipeline Stages.

  3. Find the correct pipeline and click the edit icon (pad and pen) to the right of its name.

  4. Drag and drop any stage to change the order.

  5. Click the edit icon (pad and pen) to the right of a stage’s name to make additional changes.


How to assign a pipeline to a position

To assign a pipeline to a specific position:

  1. Click Positions/Pools in the left sidebar.

  2. Open the correct position.

  3. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the window ⚙️ to open Position Settings.

  4. Click Pipeline in the left sidebar.

  5. Select the correct pipeline from the dropdown.

How to filter the pipeline view

You can filter your pipeline to only view candidates that fit certain criteria, such as who they are assigned to or who they were referred by.

  1. Click Positions/Pools in the left sidebar.

  2. Click the filter icon (funnel) in the top-left corner of the window.

  3. Click the checkboxes next to the criteria you’d like to use and select options.

  4. Click Apply Filter.

Filters will reset each time you visit the page. If you’d like to reuse the filter in the future, click the save icon (disk) to save your filtered view as a segment.


Important Note: Use caution when making changes to an existing pipeline. If you delete a stage in a pipeline that has candidates in it, those candidates will be moved to a temporary stage called "Missing Stage". You'll need to then manually move those candidates into the appropriate stage.
