If you have a step in your hiring process that only pertains to certain members of your team, you can limit its visibility to Hiring Managers (or users with a custom role that includes the “View hidden stages” permission).
Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the left sidebar.
Click Recruiting Preferences.
Click Pipelines in the left sidebar.
Find the correct pipeline and click the edit icon (pencil) on the right-hand side.
Find the stage you’d like to change and click the edit icon (pencil) on the right-hand side.
Click the toggle next to Only visible to Hiring Managers.
The stage—and the candidates in it—will be hidden from hiring team members who don’t have the correct permission.
You won’t be able to include those team members in certain actions for candidates who are in that stage, like @mentions, meeting invitations, and assigning tasks or Hiring Managers.
