You can use a position’s unique URL to send a link to the position or to manually post jobs on websites and job boards. If you want to track candidates that came from those sources, you can easily add a tracking code to the position’s URL.

Just choose an existing candidate source tag or create a code to be your source name, like “jobfair”. Then append the full position URL with: ?source=[sourcename].
Like this: https://acme.breezy.hr/p/8f092b537498?source=jobfair.

When candidates apply using the updated URL, the tracking code you added will appear as the Source in the Details section of the candidate’s profile, and as a source in certain reports. The code will be saved in the Breezy Data Manager and can be used again, or removed if necessary.

To share a position’s URL with a tracking code:

  1. Click Positions/Pools in the left sidebar.

  2. Find the correct position.

  3. Click the three-dot menu next to the position’s name.

  4. Click Share Position.

  5. Copy the position link.

  6. Paste the link where you need it and add ?source=[sourcename] to the end of the URL.
