TriNet provides your team a single place to manage all of your HR needs including payroll, benefits, and compliance. Our integration makes it easy to export candidates from Breezy and create them as employees in TriNet’s HR Platform.
HRIS integrations are available to customers on Business and Pro plans.
You’ll need an HR Platform account with TriNet before enabling the integration.
The integration is not available with TriNet’s PEO solution.

How to enable the TriNet integration
If you’re an Admin and already have a TriNet HR Platform account, you can enable the integration in your Breezy recruiting preferences.
Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the left sidebar.
Hover over Platform Integrations and click HRIS Connections.
Click the Trinet tile to enable.
Sign in to your TriNet account and follow the prompts to finish the connection back to Breezy.
TriNet will sync with employees’ existing Breezy accounts or create new accounts for those who don't have one.
Note: The Breezy HR Integration is only available to TriNet customers with their HR Platform solution. The integration is not available with TriNet’s PEO solution.
💡 Options!
You can also enable the Breezy integration from your TriNet HR Platform account. Just go to the App Directory, scroll to Applicant Tracking Systems, and click BreezyHR.
How to add a new employee to TriNet
Once a candidate is moved to the Hired stage, you can add them to your TriNet account.
In Breezy
1. Open the candidate's profile in Breezy.
2. Click Add to TriNet in the top-right corner of the window.
The candidate will be added to your TriNet account and the following info will be imported from Breezy:
First name
Last name
Email
Phone
Job title
Resume
In TriNet
1. Open your TriNet dashboard.
2. Click + Add.
3. Click the dropdown to Import the new hire from ATS (Breezy) and select your newly added employee.
4. Enter additional details and follow the prompts to update the employee info.
How to add a new hire to your Breezy account
As you complete the employee record in TriNet, you’ll have the option to add the new hire as a user in your Breezy account.
If you choose to add them as a user in Breezy, they’ll receive an email from TriNet so they can create an account and access Breezy from their TriNet dashboard.
❗️Important note
If you delete a user in Breezy, it will also remove access to Breezy from their TriNet dashboard.
