RUN Powered by ADP® (RUN) provides a streamlined process to make small business payroll quick and easy. Our integration makes it easy to automatically export candidates from Breezy and create them as employees in RUN.

How to enable the ADP RUN Integration
If you’re an admin, you can enable the integration in your recruiting preferences.
Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the left sidebar.
Hover over Platform Integrations and click HRIS Connections.
Click the ADP Run tile to enable.
Click the copy icon (pages)to copy the Friendly ID. (You’ll use this later to complete the connection in the ADP Marketplace.)
Click Enable.
Follow the prompts to sign in to ADP and select or purchase the Breezy HR Connector for RUN Powered by ADP®.
Note: Fees for the data connector will be billed to your ADP account.
Once the RUN integration is enabled, you can use it to move candidates to RUN from any candidate profile.
How to add a new employee to RUN
Once a candidate is moved to the Hired stage, you can add them to your ADP account.
Open the candidate's profile in Breezy.
Click the More menu (three dots) near the top of the window.
Click + ADP RUN.
Add candidate details and click Submit Candidate.
Confirm the candidate’s details from their Breezy profile (Name, gender, phone, email, and address).
Add the employee’s hours per week (this info is added to ADP, but not saved in Breezy).
The candidate will be added to your RUN account and ADP RUN will appear in the candidate details section under Added to.
Note: Stage actions are not currently supported with the ADP RUN integration.

As part of the integration with RUN Powered by ADP®, the following candidate properties are supported:
Name
Address
Phone number
Email address
Gender
Weekly working hours
*Existing ADP customers can use the integration on any Breezy plan when they purchase Breezy through the ADP Marketplace.
