Inova Payroll Integration

Connecting your Inova Payroll account to Breezy makes it simple to export candidates from Breezy and create them as employees in Inova.

HRIS integrations are available to customers on Business and Pro plans.

You’ll need to have an account with Inova Payroll before enabling the integration.

How to enable the Inova Payroll integration

If you’re an Admin and already have an Inova Payroll account, you can enable the integration in your Breezy recruiting preferences.

  1. Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the left sidebar.

  2. Hover over Platform Integrations and click HRIS Connections.

  3. Click the Inova Payroll tile to enable.

  4. Enter your Inova Payroll Company Short Name, Username, and Password.

  5. Click Save Changes.

Once your Inova Payroll integration is enabled, you can use it to move candidates to Inova Payroll in a couple of different ways:

  • Manually from any candidate profile

  • Automatically with stage actions

How to add a new employee to Inova Payroll manually

Once a candidate is moved to the Hired stage, you can manually add them to your Inova Payroll account.

  1. Open the candidate's profile in Breezy.

  2. Click Add to Inova Payroll in the top-right corner of the window.

The candidate will be added to your Inova Payroll account and Inova Payroll will appear in the candidate details section under Added to.

How to add new employees to Inova Payroll automatically

You can automatically add candidates to Inova Payroll with stage actions.

To set up the stage action:

  1. Open the pipeline view of the correct position.

  2. Click the settings menu (three dots) for the stage where you want to set the action.

  3. Select Edit Stage Actions in the dropdown.

  4. Click the dropdown for Available Stage Actions and select Add to Inova Payroll.

  5. Click + Add.

  6. Click Save Changes.

Now, any candidate that reaches the stage will automatically be added to your Inova Payroll account.

Supported fields

As part of the integration with Inova Payroll, the following candidate properties are supported:

  • First name

  • Middle name

  • Last name

  • Email

  • Photo

  • Phone

Employee dates in Inova Payroll default as follows:

  • Hired date is set to today (date of export)

  • Start date is set to two weeks from today (date of export)
