Breezy and TestGorilla work together to screen candidates so you can make better hiring decisions faster. With our TestGorilla integration, you can send assessments to candidates right inside Breezy.
Assessment integrations are available to customers on Business and Pro plans.
You'll need to have an account with TestGorilla before enabling the Breezy integration.

How to enable the TestGorilla integration
In order to connect Breezy with TestGorilla, you’ll need to start in your TestGorilla account.
In TestGorilla
You’ll need to be an account owner to enable the connection in your TestGorilla account.
Click your name in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select Integrations.
Find Breezy HR and click Enable to generate an API key.
Copy your API key and go back to Breezy.
In Breezy
You’ll need admin permissions to finish the connection in your Breezy account.
Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the left sidebar.
Hover over Platform Integrations and click Assessments.
Click the TestGorilla tile to enable.
Enter or paste your API key and click Save Changes.
How to send assessments manually
You can send an assessment to a candidate from their candidate profile.
Open the candidate’s profile.
Click the More dropdown near the top-left corner of the screen.
Click Assessments to open the Assessments tab.
Click Send Assessment.
Choose an assessment from the dropdown.
Click Send.
Once the candidate completes the assessment, you can find the results in the Assessments tab of their profile.
How to send assessments automatically
You can simplify the assessment process at scale with the Send Assessment stage action, from either a position-level or company-level pipeline.
With the stage action, an assessment will automatically be sent to candidates the first time they enter the specified stage. You can choose which assessment to send, and decide which stage to move candidates to after they complete it.
💡 Status updates
As a candidate moves through the process of completing an assessment, we'll keep you up to date! You’ll receive status update notifications via email and in the conversation thread on the candidate’s profile.
How to view completed assessments
Once an assessment has been sent to a candidate, you'll be able to monitor its status in the Assessment section of the candidate’s profile in Breezy. You’ll see which assessments have been sent and their status, plus you can access the results once an assessment has been completed.
To view a completed assessment:
Open the candidate’s profile.
Click the More dropdown near the top-left corner of the screen.
Click Assessments to open the Assessments tab.
Click the correct assessment to view a summary of the results.
Click View Full Report to see the full results in TestGorilla.
Note: You'll need access to your company's TestGorilla account in order to view the full report.
