With Breezy’s LinkedIn Recruiter integration, you can simplify sourcing candidates from LinkedIn and view their LinkedIn profiles right inside Breezy.

  • Source candidates directly from LinkedIn Recruiter

  • View candidates’ LinkedIn profile in Breezy

  • Send InMail from Breezy

  • See candidates’ ATS status in LinkedIn Recruiter

The LinkedIn Recruiter integration requires LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect (RSC), which is available to customers with LinkedIn Recruiter Corporate, Recruiter Corporate SMB, and Recruiter Professional accounts.

How to enable the LinkedIn Recruiter integration

You’ll need admin permissions in both Breezy and LinkedIn Recruiter to enable the integration.

To enable the integration:

  1. Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the left sidebar.

  2. Hover over Platform Integrations and click Sourcing.

  3. Click the LinkedIn RSC tile to enable the integration.

  4. Sign in with your LinkedIn Recruiter credentials.

  5. Select a contract from your LinkedIn Recruiter account and click Continue.

  6. Click Choose package and click the checkbox next to Sourcing Package.

  7. Click Save Changes.

Once the integration is enabled, jobs, candidates, applications, and candidate notes will be synced between Breezy and Recruiter.


How to export a candidate from LinkedIn Recruiter to Breezy

You can export a candidate from LinkedIn Recruiter and automatically create a candidate profile that’s associated with a position.

  1. Locate or search for a candidate in LinkedIn Recruiter.

  2. Click the ellipsis (...) in their profile header.

  3. Choose Export to ATS.

  4. In the right sidebar, under Export to your ATS:

    • Select an ATS option

    • Select a Workplace type

    • Select a position that’s been synced with LinkedIn Recruiter

  5. Click Export.

A candidate profile will be created in the applied stage of the position in Breezy and their LinkedIn profile will show Imported status.


How to import a candidate’s LinkedIn profile in Breezy

With the integration enabled, Breezy will automatically sync a candidate’s LinkedIn profile, based on their email address.

Hiring managers can also manually sync a LinkedIn profile based on the candidate’s name, for candidates whose email doesn’t match a LinkedIn profile.

To import a candidate’s profile from LinkedIn:

  1. Open the candidate’s profile.

  2. Click the LinkedIn tab near the top-left corner of the screen.

  3. Enter a Job Title and/or Company.

  4. Click Search people.

  5. Locate the correct candidate in the search results and click Link.


How to view a candidate’s LinkedIn profile in Breezy

Whether you export a candidate from LinkedIn Recruiter or Breezy syncs their profile automatically, you’ll find their LinkedIn info, ATS activity, and Recruiting activity in their Breezy profile.

Hiring managers can view a candidate’s LinkedIn profile in Breezy:

  1. Open the candidate’s profile.

  2. Click the LinkedIn tab near the top-left corner of the screen.


How to send InMail in Breezy

Hiring managers can send InMail messages and see message activity right from a candidate’s profile in Breezy.

To send an InMail message:

  1. Open the candidate’s profile.

  2. Click the LinkedIn tab near the top-left corner of the screen.

  3. Click Send InMail in the LinkedIn profile header.

  4. Compose your message and click Send.

The first time you send a message, the candidate will be asked to share their contact info. If they agree, their Breezy profile will be updated with their details within 24 hours.

A log of your team’s InMail activity will be shown in the Recruiting Activities tab of the candidate’s LinkedIn profile in Breezy.

To view InMail message contents:

  1. Click View profile in Recruiter in the candidate’s LinkedIn profile header.

  2. Click the Messages tab in LinkedIn Recruiter.

Note: Your Breezy message history is still shown in the Email/SMS tab of the candidate’s profile, but InMail messages will not be synced there.


How to manage ATS settings in LinkedIn Recruiter

If you’re an admin on your LinkedIn Recruiter account, you can manage your ATS integration in your RSC account settings.

To manage ATS settings in LinkedIn Recruiter:

  1. Sign in to your LinkedIn Recruiter account.

  2. Point to your profile picture in the top-right corner of the window.

  3. Click Product settings in the dropdown.

  4. Find Advanced in the left sidebar and click ATS integration.

  5. Click Edit next to the correct contract.

  6. Toggle access and export options on or off.
