Custom scorecards give your team a structured set of criteria for providing feedback on candidates. You can add scorecards when you create a position (or later, in a position’s settings), and can complete scorecards on each candidate’s profile.
Breezy uses the average of your hiring team’s scorecard ratings to display an overall score for the candidate and for side-by-side candidate comparisons.
Custom Scorecards are available on Growth, Business, and Pro plans.
Admin permission is required to create and edit Scorecards.
Hiring Manager permission is required to view Team Scorecards.

How to add a scorecard to a position
Once you've created a Scorecard, you can assign it when you create a position, or later in the position's settings. The scorecard will appear in the profile of every candidate for that position.
Click Positions/Pools in the left sidebar.
Open the correct position.
Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the top-right corner of the window to open Position Settings.
Click Screening in the left sidebar.
Choose a Scorecard from the Available Scorecards dropdown, or toggle Multiple to assign multiple scorecards to different pipeline stages.
Click Save Changes.
💡 Tip: Scorecard on the fly!
If the perfect scorecard isn’t already available, you can create one from Position Settings. Just click + Add Scorecard under the Available Scorecards dropdown.
How to complete a scorecard
Hiring Team members can access the scorecard from the Scorecard tab of a candidate’s profile. They can add their feedback using simple thumbs-up, thumbs-down, and neutral ratings, and written comments.
Each rating has a numeric value:
👍👍 Very Good = 10
👍 Good = 7.5
⭘ Neutral = 5
👎 Poor = 2.5
👎👎 Very Poor = 0
To complete a scorecard:
Open the candidate’s profile.
Click Scorecard near the top-right corner of the window.
Click the Scorecards dropdown to switch between multiple scorecards, if available.
Enter any general thoughts or comments.
Select an Overall Rating for the candidate.
Select a rating for each additional scorecard item and add written feedback, if applicable.
Click Save Scorecard.
The average of the hiring team’s Overall Ratings is the Candidate Score. It’s shown on or near the candidate’s profile picture and in the candidate list. In Candidate Compare, the Candidate Score is shown as the Average Score, along with the average of each scorecard item.

How to request scorecard feedback
Scorecards are always available on each candidate’s profile, so your hiring team can add feedback at any time.
If you’re a Hiring Manager, you can give your team a nudge by requesting scorecards automatically with Stage Actions, or by sending a reminder from a Candidate’s profile.
Stage Actions
You can request scorecard feedback from your hiring team automatically, with the Team Feedback stage action.
When a candidate reaches the stage where the action has been set, everyone on the Hiring Team will receive a notification.
Scorecard reminders
You can send reminders from the Hiring Manager’s Team Scorecards view. Just click Request Scorecards and reminders will be sent to hiring team members who haven’t added feedback yet.
