With Internal Positions, you can make applications available only to candidates who are already part of your company.

If you want to open a position to employees before promoting it publicly — or limit it to employees altogether — you can manage access to the application in a position’s settings.

How to make a position internal-only

If you’re an Admin or Hiring Manager, you can make a position internal-only in the position’s settings.

  1. Click Positions/Pools in the left sidebar.

  2. Open the correct position.

  3. Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the top-right corner of the window to open Position Settings.

  4. Click Application Form in the left sidebar.

  5. Under Candidate Applications, select Internal Only.

  6. Click Save Changes.

Employees will be able to apply for the position from the employee portal.
