The Applicants List in Breezy gives you a one-stop spot to review new applicants for all your active positions. 👀 You can browse applicants by position, check out a focused view of their profile, and move them to a new pipeline stage, in just a few clicks.

How the Applicants List works
When a candidate applies through your career portal, their profile is created in the Applied stage of your position pipeline. A streamlined version of the profile is also available in the Applicants list, where you can quickly view their resume and experience details and move them directly to another stage, without navigating to the pipeline and through each candidate’s profile.
Anyone on the hiring team can view applicants on the list, but you’ll need Hiring Manager permissions to move them to a different pipeline stage.
How to review new applicants
You can access the applicants list in the left sidebar of Breezy. A count of new applicants is displayed next to Applicants.
To review new applicants:
Click Applicants in the left sidebar.
Click the correct position. The first applicant will be displayed, oldest first.
Review the candidate’s info and choose from the following options at the top of the window:
Move to a different pipeline stage
Disqualify
Navigate to the previous or next applicant
View the candidate’s profile
Switch between Experience and Resume views
Run Resume Audit
Download or upload the candidate’s resume
Once you move or disqualify a candidate, they’ll no longer be shown in the applicants list. You can find their full profile in your position pipeline or the candidates list.
How to customize Applicants List preferences
With Applicant Preferences, you can customize your default view of each applicant’s info and save a step moving candidates through your pipeline.
To customize your settings:
Click Applicants in the left sidebar.
Click My Preferences.
Click the dropdown and choose Resume or Experience to set the default profile view.
Toggle to Quickly accept new applicants.
When you click Move to next stage, a candidate will be moved to the next stage in your pipeline without you selecting a stage from the dropdown.
Toggle to Quickly reject new applicants.
When you click Disqualify, a candidate will be moved to the first disqualified stage in your pipeline without confirmation.
If disposition tracking is enabled, you can choose a disposition reason. This reason will be assigned to all candidates disqualified from the Applicants List.
Note: Your Applicant Preferences apply only to your account, not to other users on your Breezy account.
