How to create a career portal
Your default career portal shows your company’s name and is considered your primary portal. You can create additional portals with unique titles in your Recruiting Preferences.
Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the left sidebar.
Hover over Recruiting Preferences.
Click Careers Site Settings.
Click + Create Careers Site.
Customize your new portal and click Save Changes.
Note: If you’re on a Pro plan and don’t see the option to create a new careers site, contact your Breezy Account Manager to enable the feature.
How to customize your career portals
You can customize and manage each portal independently in your Recruiting Preferences.
Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the left sidebar.
Hover over Recruiting Preferences.
Click Careers Site Settings.
Find the correct site and click the edit icon (pad and pen) on the right-hand side.
Make changes as needed and click Save Changes.
Note: You can delete additional career portals that have been created but not the original, default portal.
How to choose a career portal for a position
You can choose which careers site to show a position on when you create a position, or later in its settings.
Click Positions/Pools in the left sidebar.
Open the correct position.
Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the top-right corner of the window to open Position Settings.
Click Application Form in the left sidebar.
Choose the correct site from the Careers Sites dropdown.
Click Save Changes.
Note: In order for a position to be shown on your Employee Portal, it must be published on your company’s primary portal. Your primary portal is listed on the dropdown with a pin icon
💡 Tip: Keep track with tags!
It can be tricky to keep track of what jobs are on which portal. Create a custom tag to correspond with each portal and tag each position on the Details page of its settings. Then, use filters with your tags to get a quick look at the positions associated with each portal. 💥
