When you close a position, Auto-Disqualify lets you move all candidates who are not in a hired stage to a disqualified stage in the pipeline. You can choose whether to trigger stage actions associated with that stage, and if disposition tracking is enabled, you can assign a disqualification reason to each candidate.
Auto-Disqualify Candidates is available to customers on paid plans.
Admin permission is required to enable Auto-Disqualify Candidates.
Hiring manager permission is required to close a position.

How to enable Auto-Disqualify Candidates
If you’re an Admin, you can enable the Auto-Disqualify feature in your company settings.
Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the left sidebar.
Click Company Settings.
Click General in the left sidebar.
Click Position Data near the top of the screen.
Find Auto-Disqualify Candidates and click the toggle to enable.
Click Save Changes.
When enabled, Auto-Disqualify Candidates applies to all positions.
How to automatically disqualify candidates
With Auto-Disqualify enabled, Hiring Managers and Admins can choose to automatically disqualify candidates when closing a position.
Change the status of the position to Closed.
Select a reason for closing the position, if available.
Choose whether or not to disqualify the remaining candidates.
Choose whether to run stage actions associated with the stage candidates will move to.
Click Continue.
Choose a disqualification reason, if applicable.
Click Finish.
Note: Stage actions and disqualification reasons will apply to all candidates who are moved to the disqualified stage.
